| Stop making sense |
Judge Brinkema on the Moussaoui death penalty case:
"I don't think in the annals of criminal law there has ever been a case with this many significant problems," Brinkema said after a daylong hearing revealed additional difficulties caused by Martin (that's Carla Martin, the TSA lawyer who screwed up the government's case by emailing transcripts of testimony to seven witnesses) ...and then, of course, she let the death penalty case go forward.
