 John Edwards announced today that he will continue his presidential campaign despite the return of his wife Elizabeth's cancer. I'm sure the righties will slam him for it, and claim he's trolling for the sympathy vote. Well, at least he didn't call the press conference to announce he was divorcing Elizabeth, or visit her in the hospital to inform her he's leaving her for his mistress... All I can say, as the daughter of a breast cancer victim who did just what the Edwards' are doing -- got on with her life, until her fight was done, in September of 1986 -- is Godspeed.
