According to reports, despite speaking at the party's state convention this morning and winning 41% of the first ballot, more than any other candidate, Romney has lost in majority-required format. As balloting progressed, political maneuvering came into play. John McCain's campaign conceded and asked its supporters to join Huckabee's, giving the former Arkansas governor a majority of the convention ballots. On Politics has more.
