 An all-white jury does what an all-black jury wouldn't: they convict O.J. Simpson (of stupidity and armed robbery). Raise your hand if you think he won't get the max. Talk about a national vendetta signed, sealed and delivered. O.J. was dumb to go into that hotel room in Vegas to try and get his belongings back in the way that he did, but you'd have to have been living on Mars to believe that this wasn't a golden opportunity for America's majority to pay back that Los Angeles jury.
O.J. is hated for many reasons, but this case was about payback for the death of his wife Nicole and her friend Ron Goldman. He, of course, is an absolute idiot for giving law enforcement the chance to make heroes of themselves at the local watering hole. The difference this time, of course, is that black America doesn't give much of a damn about O.J. anymore.
