The Michael Jackson ‘Glenda’ calls: real or not real?
If you didn’t get to hear them, via Hello Beautiful among other places, before they were yanked from Youtube “by the user,” the calls purported to be Michael Jackson talking a few years ago with a friend named “Glenda,” about what a horrible businessman his father Joe wass (and how he kept asking ‘Michael’ for money, and even about girls, to include Tatum O’Neal, with whom the Michael on the tape claims to have had a relationship (but no sex, presumably, from the tape, because of Michael’s religious beliefs or because he was too married to his career.) The tapes have gotten no mainstream media love so far, and could very well be a hoax (maybe that’s why they were pulled). So were the Youtubes pulled because they were fakes? Did the family threaten to sue? What to believe without a post from TMZ???!!!
The only info I could find about “Glenda” and the tapes was this, from AllExperts.com:
In 2005 a collection of phone recordings of Michael speaking to a woman named Glenda surfaced. Glenda was the mother of a kid that Michael used to hang out with. Glenda’s husband was recording the calls because obviously, he wasnt an honest person.
Anyway, in those tapes, Michael states that he had never had sex, and had never really been in love, the tapes were recorded in the middle of 1992.
He started dating Lisa Marie in 1993.
In fact, at one point, Glenda says to Michael “Your turning 34, you’ve never had sex” and Michael agrees, and goes on to say that he wont do it till he’s married, and that he’s never really been in love before. So unless he changed his mind between Mid 1992 and when he started dating Lisa in 1993, then he was probably a virgin when he started dating Lisa.
Another reason to doubt Omar Bhatti is Michael’s son, huh? Meanwhile, CNN goes with the more mundane Jackson drama, including the fact that the poor guy still isn’t buried! Jeez…

Lisa Marie said she had sex with Michael and that she was his first. I guess he never did it cause of his religion. Funny how religion can really mess people up… in the 80s the man was basically a god and could have had any woman he wanted but he was a virgin…

I believe this REALLY is MJ on the tapes – though why her husband was taping their conversations and, why either she or her husband would save them after all these years is a mystery.
The tapes were fake. I figured it out when the impersonator claimed Michael’s father use to make fun of how “black” he was when Michael wasn’t that black but “brown.” Compared to his brothers, with the exception of Marlon, he was lighter than Tito, Jackie, Jermaine, and Randy. So, why would his father talk as if he was Flava Fav? I knew then the tape was a hoax. The person who did the tape probably read Michael’s book Moonwalk to gather a history and acted the tape but it’s an obvious farce.
This is BULLSHIT.
Of course it is NOT faked!!! Maybe Glenda is an ordinary woman who has no publicity at all. Remember that MJ is most likely alive. The media only reports what they receive from others. If MJ is truly alive, they have not caught it at all.
These phone calls are real. at this time I believe he was Christian no longer Jehovah’s Witness. Also WHY THE FUCK WOULD AN IMPERSONATOR SAY THIS SHIZZEL? How could one sound & speak the same? Why is it is so personal and something Michael would truly say.

I think that the calls were from some bored person who needed money and is trying to make money off of a horriuble disaster. That is killing me Glenda needs to find out who that horrible acting, and snother thing is Michael doesnt swear, and the impersonator was cursing alot. if it was Michale then he trusted a traitor. I bet he died not knowing that fraud had allowed her husband to tape him (if indeed it was him). The tapes are definitely not a fake. Glenda and her family (husband Sam and kids including Megan) were friends of his who were not “in the biz”. The tapes are heavily spliced though and conversations are cut so there is no way to tell what it missing or why. There are also many more fragments than what was posted on youtube. I know what I have heard. The tapes cover the period when Michael was rehearsing and then in the initial stages of his Dangerous Tour in Germany. The dates all match up. He trusted Glenda and though no one really knows why the calls were taped, it is my opinion that it was not her or minimally they were not taped with the objective of exposing Michael. He also does not say that he was a virgin.
People,first you cant 100% be sure about the voices,because the quality is bad.But the truth is that it sounds like Michael’s voice.Also,in the tape he doesnt say that he is a virgin.However,from the things micheal says about one girlfriend,you can understand that they had sex.And thats the time period between 1987-1992,because he mentions that they meet in neverland,In that period Michael is NOT a jahova’s witness,so he could do it without marriage.And the reason why the phone converstation is taped,is because Glenda’s husband thougt that ,maybe,her wife cheating on him with Michael,(i mean who doesnt think that,is Michael Jackson in 90s,and they are talking for hours on the phone) and thats why he wanted to tape their conversation,so he could find out what is happening.But,nothing sexual was between michael and glenda.The tapes were sold and the husband got rich.He found a use for them.Thats how i see it.

100% FAKE FAKE FAKE. Lousy audio quality, but if you listen carefully, it is NOT Michael’s voice.
Michael had a deep voice which he used frequently around his close friends. The inflections are not his at all, nor the language. Michael would not have used words like “penis” and some swear words—- he was was very proper, and would not reveal himself this way over the phone with a “friend”.
Wake up, people. Every little tidbit “Michael” reveals has been cut out and pasted from all the books about MJ and the Jacksons, his sister’s tell-all and other stories about him in the media. It is almost ludicrous that the tapes are so sophomoric…………..they cover every known detail of MJ’s life, from his brothers having sex w/groupies, to his father’s beatings, to his big nose, to Tatum O’Neill, etc. etc.
I think someone concocted these tapes and may have sold them for money. From what I have read they were NOT used at MJ’s court proceedings to prove he liked women.
“Glenda” has not come forth to substantiate her conversations with Michael, and the mainstream media has ignored these so-called “secret tapes”. What does that tell you. HOAX!

I love when people act like they know Michael personally saying he doesnt swear and stuff. When peple are famous they have their famous persona and their homelife persona. At home he probably talked normal just like the rest of us, people percieve Michael to be more then what he actually is, he IS human. And people talk about sex, and curse. These tapes show that Michael was more then just a an entertainer, he had a life and emotions. And I believe that they are 100% real.
Theses tapes are 100% real! It is absolutely Michael Jackson speaking in these conversations. They are spliced and cut on purpose. The parts that are widely available are heavily edited. That was part of the deal Sam made. The original audio without the editing captures all the key nuances not in the original transcription. It makes a big difference. I know.
