Is this the girl behind Tiger’s home-wreck?

Tiger Woods crashed his SUV without even leaving home, at 2:30 in the morning, and somewhere in the melee, his wife busted out the back window of his ride with a golf club. Could 34-year-old New York party girl Rachel Uchitel be the reason?

Uchitel has been the source of home-wreck rumors before, having allegedly fooled around with married-with-newborn “Bones” star David Boreanaz (formerly of “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,”) and who was allegedly in Melbourne at the same time Tiger was playing the Masters tournament in Australia. The Enquirer has claimed the two are or were having a tryst, which normally I’d dismiss, except for that whole John Edwards love child thing… Uchitel denies the Enquirer story of a sexting-tryst with Tiger.

Meanwhile, accoridng to TMZ, Mrs. Tiger Woods, Elin Nordegren, reportedly changed the story she initially told police about that golf club-to-SUV connection, and she’s not exactly cooperating with police. Could it be that she fears what a reverse Chris Brown story might do to Tiger’s endorsement power? … The plot thickens!
