Stupid vs. Stupid: Palin fans boo her for quitting her book signing

November 21, 2009 · Posted in Celebrities, Celebrity news, Politics

Dear Sarah Palin fans in the Lower 48:

Please be informed that since quitting her job as governor of Alaska, Ms. Palin is now a full-time Facebook blogger and celebrity (think of her as a paler, even dimmer Kardashian, without the reality show … yet… or a pro-Carrie Prejean Perez Hilton.) As such, she has neither the time, nor the patience, to hang around the podunk, local book store in your dead-end, red state town, to sign copies of that goll-derned book her ghost writer put together, just so your snotty nosed kid can get an autograph. Thank you, and don’t forget: Vote Palin/Beck in 2012!

And the crowd goes rogue … Go here for angry winger comments. And note how the number of “Palienated”, dissed supporters grows from 100 to 200 to:

Greg VandenBoom I spent majority of my day at Border’s in Noblesville, Indiana waiting to get my book signed. After 8 hours in the cold and rain with my wife and 10 month old baby, I was shocked to watch Sarah get on a bus and leave without signing books for at least 400 people. Instead, we were given a sticker that had her signature printed on it! You lost quite a few supporters tonight! I know many planned to return their books, but the real disappointment was the realization that someone you supported and believed in didn’t follow through on the commitment they made.

Waa.

UPDATE: Rumproast is all over the story, and links to a piece of information that our friendly neighborhood wingers might have wanted to avail themselves of, BEFORE they lined up in the freezing, bloody cold with their 10-month-olds, as if they were getting their children an audience with the Pope:

The first 500 people received a wristband and they are guranteed a chance to meet Palin and get their book signed.

That is a change Palin’s staff made in response to large crowds originally there was supposed to be 1,000 wristbands handed out, Hogan reported.

Let’s see … 1,000 or so showed up … only the first 500 guaranteed a signed book … 300-400 left out in the cold … carry the two … and … yep. They’re stupid! Now, of course, Ms. Palin could have been more gracious about leaving before all the “hard core patriots” were seen-to, and she might have been kind enough to make a statement to the crowd, explain herself in her own, special brand of English, and make everyone feel better about wasting 18 hours of their lives that they’ll never get back (and that’s not even counting the time spent reading her book!) But she didn’t. And why would she? She’s a celebrity. And celebrities, if you haven’t figured it out by now, my dear wingers, are better than you.

And last but not least: Rumproast claims dominion over the Queen of Wasila herself, as Sarah Palin apologizes to her supporters via Facebook. Jesus, Sarah … Not even a Youtube, there and so too also?

Meanwhile, the jihadis mount their latest conspiracy theory: the anger was STAGED. Yes, yes, that’s it. Staged by the left wing czarists. One such jihadi explains how the bastards done it:

The reporter said “several” people who got wristbands were turned away. Not several “dozen” as the huffer deceives!

My guess is someone found out the event protocol was 1,000 wristband limit.
Got “several” wristbands that matched.
And staged an event for a sloberin’ media!
And WAH! LAH! That cold….. calouse……. B!TCH!!!

Another tellin’ factor is the chants from the crowd……on the huffer page video. they only seem to be in the ten’s at most!
Recorded by someone in the crowd. near “ten’s” of chanters in the crowd. While everyone in forground just stand and take pitcures of the bus.
Any knucklehead can see in the video the crowd is much larger than portrayed!
What say you?………Palin Haters????

THIS IS BIG NEWS MR. JOHN ‘DAILY STEWART”!!!!!!!

Yeah, Mr. John ‘Daily’ Stewart!!!!!!!! What say you???
