Alaska GOP candidate Joe Miller: Social Security, Medicare are unconstitutional

The tea party candidate for U.S. Senate reiterates a common position for his party, that Social Security and Medicare should be privatized (Sharron Angle, Rand Paul, Marco Rubio and Paul Ryan also hold this position regarding the entitlements, all or part of which they’d like to see turned over to the private sector…) But Joe Miller, who’s holding a slim lead over incumbent Lisa Murkowski in the still not finished primary, took it one step further… indicating that he thinks Social Security and Medicare violate the U.S. Constitution.     I live in Southern California, support the Tea Party and am retired (we have our own problems here). I cannot contribute any significant amount, however I am supporting individual candidates, not the party’s NRSC or NRC. I am tired of being discounted as a citizen.
