Rebel with a cause: Bruce Springsteen gets specific about his politics in Rolling Stone

We’ve long known that The Boss is a Democrat (as he puts it, his mother told him as a kid that they were Democrats “because Democrats are for the working people.”) In the latest Rolling Stone, he explains his political philosophy in vivid, articulate terms.

And he drops this great quote about his concert conversion strategy:

I will be calling anyone in a bow tie to come to the front of the stage, and I’ll see what I can do.

How do you not love this guy?

    We need help, the Romneys have a huge part of the ownership in our voting machines that are going to decide the election, the ones that can easily be flipped – read Forbes. Something needs to be done and fast, these are the machines that gave the congress to the republican in the mid-terms.
