I’m not a fan, to put it mildly, of Erick Erickson, the commandant of RedState.com. I find his past statements, about meeting a Census worker at the door with a shotgun; his insult against a Supreme Court Justice with whom he disagrees that is so vile, I won’t give it any more oxygen by typing it here (if you want the details, Crooks and Liars has them), and his shameless shilling for George W. Bush and equally shameless attacks on Democrats, including President Barack Obama. But in this case, I’ve got to give it to Erickson. Read more
